Feeding Stingrays & Houston Rodeo

This weekend we had a lot of fun. Saturday kicked off with a birthday party at The Aquarium on Kemah Boardwalk. One of Katherine's best friends that she has hung out with since she was 2... turned 6 this week. The kids got to have pizza and cake.. but the most exciting part was feeding and petting the stingrays. All the kids had lots of fun. Katherine was fine with petting the stingray.. but feeding it was a whole other story.

Sunday we got up early and went to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We go every year with Matt's parents, we always have a great time at the rodeo.. so many things to do. This year we got there at 8:30am and left at 3:oopm and still did not have time to do it all. We saw all the livestock animals, pony ride, carnival rides & games, fair food, milked a pretend cow, petted bunnies, and lots more!
Colin and I on one of the carnival rides.. he loves the rides. He is not big enough to ride alone, but I don't mind getting on them :)

Katherine really miking a fake cow.. yes, real milk was coming out. The kids loved it!

Colin loves pony rides! He had such a great time waving and smiling to everyone!
Howdy. Daddy just had to buy them the hats and ropes.. they couldn't be real cowgirls and boys without them.
